Witnessing the total solar eclipse August 2017 in Oregon inspired me to explore my passion for deep space, astronomy and astrology in a new direction of mixed media paintings.

My creative ideas are associated with astronomy, atmospheric objects, astrology, and cosmic phenomena — real or imagined, future or historical. By using Epoxy Resin, the galaxies, nebulae, stars, planets, moons, asteroids and other celestial events are given a layered liquid glass finish that adds even greater depth to the artwork.

I am currently working on a new series of deep space planetary aspects according to the astrological constellations at the time of creation of the artwork.
